South America

South America – Home to the world’s highest waterfall, the Amazon rain-forest, Machu Picchu, Christ the Redeemer and let’s not forget about the Rio Carnival!  This fascinating continent provides so many different cultures and experiences.

The Travel Scribes have been fortunate to spend time in South America, having visited Brazil, Argentina and Uruguay. But we are planning on learning some Spanish in Chile, exploring some hiking trails in Patagonia, before heading up the length of the country to see the salt flats in Bolivia and trek up Machu Picchu.

If you’ve got any recommendations on places to go – let us know here.
